I keep getting some Active Desktops on our student lab computers. Windows XP will not restore my Active Desktop. Gives an error running scripts on this page.
Solution
Try to reset IE (Internet Explorer) to the default settings. Directions or use Microsoft Fix It to automatically reset IE.
Manually Reset
1. Click START
2. Click ‘Control Panel’
3. Double click ‘Internet Options’
4. Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab and select ‘Reset…’ at the very bottom of the Window
5. Restart your computer
